Sumit Kasera is Principal Systems Engineer at Aricent, India. He did his B Tech: Computer Science and Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur, and MS: Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. His current area of interest is software development for GSM, GPRS and EDGE access network. Sumit also has experience in software development for networking protocols like ATM, TCP/IP and 3G UMTS. Sumit has been an active participant in various technical forums like ITU-T, ATM Forum and 3GPP. He has presented papers and conducted seminars in these forums and also participated in the review of 3GPP specifications. A. P. Priyanka is Senior Engineer (Testing) at Aricent, India. She did her Masters of Science in Informatics from Institute of Informatics and Communication, Delhi University. Currently, her areas of interest are testing GSM, GPRS and EDGE network entities.
